It’s been an exciting first year as Elevate Healthcare, following the acquisition of our company from CAE by Madison Industries. Christine Turner, Simulation Lab Coordinator at Carteret Community College, was all set to showcase the power of simulation at a local career expo — an exciting opportunity to spark interest in emergency care careers. 

Just minutes before the event began, her Ares manikin ran into a technical snag that could have ended the demo before it started. 

But Christine didn’t panic. 

She acted quickly, called her Elevate Healthcare Customer Service Rep, and coordinated with support to troubleshoot the issue — all while standing in front of a crowd of curious students. 

Within 30 minutes, her Ares manikin was back in action — and the demo went on, sparking curiosity, excitement, and maybe even a few future healthcare professionals. 

“We had a resolution within 30 minutes, and we were able to showcase Ares — which the participants absolutely loved. The team effort was customer service at its peak, and I was thankful for everyone’s help and commitment to excellence,” shared Christine.  Christine’s calm leadership under pressure turned a stressful moment into a standout success — and we’re proud to be part of her simulation journey.

  • Clean & Calibrate – We’ll surface clean your manikin to help preserve its realistic appearance and prevent premature wear, and we’ll calibrate all essential components to ensure optimal simulator performance. 
  • Skin Replacement – We’ll replace any damaged skins that are punctured during training activities, such as needle insertions.

From Intern to Expert: 10 Years of Service at Elevate Healthcare

This spring, José marked a significant milestone: 10 years with Elevate Healthcare. What began as an internship from Spain has transformed into a rewarding, full-fledged career. Over the past decade, José has become a vital part of our team, known for his expertise and his unwavering dedication to helping both our customers and colleagues succeed. 

José’s career progression is a testament to his hard work and versatility. From his beginnings as a workshop technician, he quickly moved into roles that took him across the globe — as an international installer, a leader of technical training, and now as a Customer Experience Specialist. His broad skill set has allowed him to serve in various capacities, making him a go-to resource for both our team and our customers. 

Today, José brings his experience and knowledge to every interaction, helping our customers maximize their success with Elevate products and services.
